PURPOSE: An adaptive head lamp control system using navigation data and a method thereof are provided to easily secure a viewing angle for driving by predicting changes in road conditions ahead. CONSTITUTION: A navigation module (100) obtains the data of a road ahead. An operation support module (200) controls the level of a head lamp. The operation support module implements a driver assistant system (DAS). A transmission unit (130) transmits the data to the operation support module. A control unit (140) controls the whole navigation module.
