摘要 PURPOSE: A harbor crane and a control method thereof are provided to improve the accuracy of a loading and unloading work even if a ship is inclined and to reduce safety accidents by automating the loading and unloading work. CONSTITUTION: A harbor crane (1) comprises crabs (3), hoists, boom bars (2), a first acquisition unit, and a tilting unit (6). The crabs support an object (100). The hoists are connected to the crabs, and the object is coupled thereto. The crabs are movably coupled to the boom bars to locate the hoists at the top of a ship. The first acquisition unit is installed on the boom bars to be located at the top of the ship and acquires the inclination and movement information of the ship. The tilting unit controls the object connected to the hoists based on the inclination and movement information.
