PURPOSE: A circulating aggregate grinder for surface flaking and grain shape improvement by striking is provided to strike an aggregate by using a large grinding ball with a larger strength than an aggregate and also using falling energy and collision energy of the aggregate, thereby clearly flaking the mortar on the surface of the aggregate and improving the grain shape of the aggregate. CONSTITUTION: A circulating aggregate grinder for surface flaking and grain shape improvement by striking comprises a grinding case (10), a rotary unit, partition walls (20, 30, 40), a grinding ball (1) and a bucket (50). The grinding case is hollow inside and has an inlet and an outlet on both sides of the case in the longitudinal direction respectively. The rotary unit rotates the grinding case. The partition walls are formed inside the grinding case and the grinding case is divided into two or more grinding units. The grinding ball is put into the grinding units of the grinding case. The grinding ball applies a physical impact to the aggregate which is put into the grinding units and peels off the mortar on the surface of the aggregate. The bucket is formed at the inner periphery of the grinding case. The bucket compulsorily rotates the grinding ball in the grinding units of the grinding case and drops the grinding ball from the top to the lower part.
