METHOD OF DECREASING MINUTE SURFACE DEFORMATION IN A PANEL OF A CAR AND PRESS MACHINE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for reducing fine curvatures on the surface of a car panel and a surface curvature reducing type press are provided to allow a sub-pad to be in contact with the panel prior to an upper mold in order to generate surface pressure due to a spring, thereby reducing the curvatures. CONSTITUTION: A surface curvature reducing type press includes an upper mold (11), a lower mold (21), and sub-pads (100,101). The sub-pad having a heat source unit (110) inside generates surface pressure on a panel (P). A method for reducing curvatures on the minute surface of a car panel using the press includes: a step of allowing the sub-pads to be in contact with the panel prior to the upper mold; a step of grip the panel with the surface pressure on a contact surface between the sub-pads and the panel, and heating the contact surface of the panel; a step of implementing a forming process with moving the upper mold to the lower mold using a press slide (300).
