PURPOSE: A photosemiconductor-based lighting device is provided to improve the heat discharging property by arranging multiple heat pipes on the rear side of a heat discharging base and arranging a heat discharging block with multiple heat discharging plates in a region where the bottom and the top of a housing meet. CONSTITUTION: A photosemiconductor-based lighting device includes a housing (20), a light emitting module (10) which is positioned in the open area of the lower part of the housing; and a heat discharging unit (40) which is positioned inside the housing. The light emitting module includes a semiconductor optical element and a heat discharging base (12) which is heat-conductively connected to the semiconductor optical element.
