COMPUTER IMAGE PROCESSING SYSTEM FOR BLIND PERSON

PURPOSE: A computer image processing apparatus for the blind is provided to transmit the screen information based on an image processing filter on a real-time basis, thereby maximizing the computer using ability of the blind. CONSTITUTION: A universal serial bus (USB) communication module (231) is connected to a user computer and performs the data exchange depending on the USB communication protocol. By using a device, the virtual mouse/virtual keyboard drivers (211,213) process the complex tasks with only the simple macro setup without an input signal of the blind. A macro setup module (215) includes all kinds of the program controls and performs a voice output of the messenger or e-mail information. A hotkey setup module (217) enables to perform the data arrangement of the repetitive work with the hotkey. An image processing library (221) recognizes the character or image by a two-dimensional image recognition method. The image processing library enlarges, reduces, and rotates the screen by using the Euclidean geometry conversion technique.
