PURPOSE: A wiper arm apparatus for a vehicle is provided to prevent damage during an automatic car wash by preventing unexpected damage to a retainer. CONSTITUTION: A wiper arm apparatus for a vehicle comprises an arm head (20), a retainer (30), a tension spring (40), and a lock back preventing member (50). The retainer rotates corresponding to the arm head. The tension spring respectively supports the arm head and the retainer and couples the arm head and the retainer with tensile force. The lock back preventing member is detachably coupled to the arm head to control the rotation of the retainer corresponding to the arm head.
