PURPOSE: An electronic apparatus capable of being connected to USB devices and a control method thereof are provided to improve throughput based on the improvement in bandwidth, thereby enhancing application performance. CONSTITUTION: A first communications unit (110) communicates with a Universal Serial Interface (USB) device. A second communications unit (120) communicates with the USB device using the same data communications method that the first communications unit uses. A control unit (130) controls the first and the second communications unit in order to transmit and receive data at the same time between the USB device and an electronic apparatus. One of the first and the second communications unit includes a host controller, and the other unit includes a device controller. One of the first and the second communication unit operates as a USB On-The-Go (OTG) master, and the other unit operates as a USB OTG slave.
