A method for splitting the medium full-thickness meshed epidermis-translocalizing autodermograft with 1-3 ratio of area increase comprises the use of the adhesive dermatome. The donor area of the skin is covered with the thin layer of dermatome adhesive. The dermatome is positioned onto the donor area of the skin with the leading edge of half-cylinder. Then the dermatome is pressed to the skin and rotated with the aid of the handle. The autodermograft of the specified thickness is cut and separated from the operating surface.
