<p>PURPOSE: A high frequency heat treatment device for a pitch rack guide is provided to easily treat the gear tooth shaped underside of a pitch rack guide by adjusting the hardening depth and minimize changes in dimension due to heat treatment by holding the pitch rack guide with a jig. CONSTITUTION: A high frequency heat treatment device for a pitch rack guide comprises a mounting member(10) a pitch rack guide requiring heat treatment is placed, a jig member(20) which prevents unintended movement of the pitch rack guide in the mounting member by pressing the side of the pitch rack guide, a high frequency induction heating member(30) which heats the top of the pitch rack guide placed in the mounting member, and a cooling member(40) which is located close to the high frequency induction heating member and sprays fluid to cool the top of the pitch rack guide heated by the high frequency induction heating member.</p> |
