<p>PURPOSE: A plating catalyst and a plating method are provided to provide a colloidal catalytic system with plating bath stability, an absorption capacity, and a catalytic activation property. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a solution having noble metal nanoparticles, a carboxyl group, and nitrogen atoms includes: a step of manufacturing a solution including a polymer having noble metal ions, the carboxyl group, and the nitrogen atoms; and a step of adding a reducing agent to the solution while stirring the solution. The polymer is a polyamino acid or polyaspartate. Applied noble metal is silver, gold, platinum, palladium, rhodium, ruthenium, iridium, or osmium.</p> |
