METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING POLYMER ELECTROLYTE REINFORCED MEMBRANE ANDPOLYMER ELECTROLYTE REINFORCED MEMBRANE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polyelectrolyte strengthening membrane is provided to facilitate thickness and porousity control of porous scaffold by minimizing mechanical strength deviation and dimensional stability deviation according to the direction of porouse scaffold. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyelectrolyte strengthening membrane comprises a step of eletrospinnig the first radiation solution to machenical direction and the second radiation solutioin to the mechanical cross directioin to manufacture porous scaffold, and a step of heat treating by moving the porous scaffold to the mechanical direction. The second radiation solution has bigger content of fiber precursor than the first radiation solution. The electrospinning is performed at 20-100 degree Celsius and 1-1000kV, and the heat treatment is performed at 80-400 degree Celsius.
