PURPOSE: A method for purifying fluidic materials or bloods and a purifier are provided to reduce the cost required to purify fluidic materials consisted of seawater, water, or liquid and to purify seawater and polluted river water into drinkable water. CONSTITUTION: Fluidic materials or bloods are arranged into a purifier, and an electromagnetic wave generator (1610) continuously strikes the fluidic materials or bloods with electromagnetic waves. Fluidic material molecules or polluted bloods with light specific gravities are floated on an upper layer by the action of the gravity. If the quantity of the polluted bloods and fluidic material molecules is increased, the polluted bloods and fluidic material molecules are automatically discharged by a material pushing action. Clean water molecules or clean bloods of heavy specific gravities are collected in a lower layer by the action of the gravity.
