FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and may be used for metal tube bending in, for example, production of het exchangers. Tube filled with compacted moulding sand is arranged between support roller with forming surface and forming elements. Tube is formed by forming elements moved around support roller in two sides at a time. Note here that semi-rollers with forming surfaces and stops with forming surfaces are used as forming elements fixed at "?"-like clevises, each capable of turning through 90 degrees. Note also that points of contact between semi-rollers and tube at bending start are located at the distance making 1/4 to 1 OD of tube being bent After bending, moulding sand is removed.EFFECT: higher quality.2 dwg |
