PURPOSE: An oil-cooled two stage compressor and a heat pump are provided to secure the circulation of oil and to prevent a bearing from being damaged by returning the oil to closed space in which pressure is lower than middle pressure space. CONSTITUTION: An oil-cooled two stage compressor comprises a first compression unit (8), a second compression unit (9), an oil supply fluid path (27), and an oil returning path (28). The first compression unit compresses gas sucked from a suction fluid path (12) with oil and discharges the compressed gas to a middle pressure space (14). The second compression unit compresses the gas sucked from the middle pressure space with the oil and discharged the compressed gas to a discharge fluid path (19). The oil supply fluid path supplies the oil to at least one of a bearing and a shaft rod structure on a discharge side of the second compression unit. The oil returning path returns the oil leaked from at least one side of the bearing and the shaft rod structure to closed space (15) which is middle compression space of the first compression unit.
