PURPOSE: A whole body exercise machine including circular orbit equipment of waist is provided to make circular orbit exercise possible, which softens waist, back, and stomach, and reinforces muscular strength. CONSTITUTION: A whole body exercise machine including circular orbit equipment of waist comprises an upper exercise part (100) which makes upper exercise possible, supports the shoulder part or head of a human, and moves by being coupled to the waist exercise part; a waist exercise part (200) which supports waist or hip part of a human body and can move in a circular orbiter; and a lower exercise part (300) which supports a leg part of a human body and moves left and right. The waist exercise part includes a rotation plate (10) which rotates around a rotary shaft. One or more ball casters (14) are formed and a fixing clamp (6) is formed in a columnar direction, for fixing the rotation shaft. |
