PURPOSE: An external drywall unit structure for a PC rahmen structure and a construction method thereof are provided to facilitate installation and dismantlement, to simply use and move members, and to enhance construction accuracy. CONSTITUTION: An external drywall unit structure for a PC rahmen structure comprises the following steps: installing a PC column(C) with an embedded insert anchor, and constructing a bottom slab(S) and a bottom waterproof sill(WS); installing an expansion bolt at a predetermined position in the bottom waterproof sill; lifting an external drywall unit to be fixed to the PC column and a waterproof sill through joint units(200); and installing a top PC beam(B) on the top of the external drywall unit. The external drywall unit is installed with a frame(120) at the edges thereof and is made of GFRC(Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete). |
