PURPOSE: A decision method for flood gate discharge of a hydroelectric dam at a flood season is provided to prevent a dam operator from making mistakes in advance by automatically and periodically providing information about the variation of an inflow rate, a discharge rate, and a storage rate. CONSTITUTION: A flood control station server(100) provides information about observed rainfall and a water level. A power generation server(200) provides information about an observed hydroelectric dam. A weather center server(300) stores information about weather conditions from a weather satellite(310), a weather radar(320), a numerical weather forecast model and a weather center observation network(330). A data link server(400) periodically collects various flood gate data. A water system operation server(500) processes flood gate weather information by using a plurality of flood gate modules(700) and flood gate weather data.
