PURPOSE: A patterning method for a handbag sheet is provided to improve the exterior appearance of a handbag by forming a 3-dimesional embo pattern and to prevent the degradation of patterns after long time use by an adhesive with high viscosity. CONSTITUTION: A patterning method for a handbag sheet comprises a step of preparing a molding roller (100) with a printing pattern (120) formed with the combination of a plurality of hemispheres and domed intaglios (110) on the outer circumference thereof; a step of spreading paint (200) to fill the intaglios; a step of transcribing the paint in the pattern shape by moving a handbag sheet (10) through a gap between the molding roller and a pressing roller (20); and a step of hardening the paint in the pattern shape, thereby forming a three dimensional surface pattern (11) which is the combination of the plurality of hemispheres and domed intaglio.
