PURPOSE: A pulsation type blood pump device capable of controlling cardiac output is provided to prevent a mechanical fatigue problem by outputting a specific amount of blood according to cardiac pulsation having a constant period. CONSTITUTION: A pulsation type blood pump device capable of controlling cardiac output includes a housing (100), a disc (102), a cam, a cam driving unit, a disc connection unit, a guide bar (210), a cylinder (112), a piston (114), a shaft (108), a moving plate (202), an engagement member, an inlet pipe (118), an inlet valve (116), a cardiac output pipe (122) and a cardiac output valve (120) and a controller. The cylinder receives and accommodates blood into a blood accommodation space formed inside and outputs the accommodated blood. The piston extends or contracts the blood accommodation space by being inserted into an aperture of the blood accommodation space of the cylinder. The engagement member engages the moving plate moving along the guide bar according to manual operation of a user to a selected location of the guide bar. The inlet valve opens or closes in between the blood accommodation space and inlet pipe. The cardiac output valve opens or closes in between the blood accommodation space and cardiac output pipe. The controller makes the accommodated blood in the blood accommodation space be outputted to the outside through the cardiac output pipe.
