PURPOSE: A refrigerant supercooling type air conditioner and a refrigerant collecting device of the same are provided to simplify the composition of a device by comprising an air conditioner part, a refrigerant supercooling part, and an ice thermal storage tank. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerant supercooling type air conditioner comprises an air conditioner part, a refrigerant supercooling part, and an ice thermal storage tank (120). The air conditioner part comprises a condenser (113), an expansion valve (115), an evaporator (110), and a compressor (112). The air conditioner part provides one or more of a cooling function and cold water to a demanding place (10). The refrigerant supercooling part supercools refrigerant which flows into the expansion valve from the condenser. The ice thermal storage tank forms cool air for being delivered to the refrigerant supercooling part through ice thermal storage.
