The panel e.g. side wall panel (1), has a rail (6) fastening accessory devices e.g. load retaining element, of a box type body, and fixed at the panel by a separate cohesive material connection using an adhesive or by a separate form-fit, force-fit and/or friction-type connection. An inner cover layer is provided with inwardly bent bars (26). The panel is in cohesive material connection with inner sides of the bars. The bars are bent around an angle smaller than 90 degree relative to a plane of the inner cover layer. The bars include a projection in a direction of the rail.
