PURPOSE: A method for electrochemically treating and recycling wastewater of high salinity is provided to efficiently remove a high concentration of salt from wastewater and recycle byproducts such as sodium hydroxide from the treatment of the wastewater into a catalytic agent for manufacturing epoxy. CONSTITUTION: A method for electrochemically treating and recycling wastewater comprises the steps of: supplying wastewater of high salinity containing sodium chloride, which is generated from an epoxy resin manufacturing process, into an anode chamber (110) of an electrolyzed water bath (10); and supplying water into a cathode chamber (130) of the electrolyzed water bath. The cathode and anode chambers of the electrolyzed water bath are separated by an ion exchanging membrane (150).
