摘要 A trouble management apparatus using a GIS(Geographic Information System), a method thereof, and a recording medium storing a program to realize the same are provided to increase a field operator's work efficiency and improve service quality by providing a TT(Trouble Ticket), trouble state information, to an operator terminal through a GIS. A trouble management apparatus comprises a trouble receiving part(110), a GIS engine part(130), a trouble processing part(120), and the first database. The trouble receiving part receives trouble details from a customer, and generates trouble state information, including address information and trouble codes, on the basis of the trouble details. The GIS conversion part, previously storing map information, converts the address information into coordinate information which corresponds to the map information. Based on the trouble codes of the trouble state information received from the trouble receiving part, the trouble processing part classifies the trouble state information according to trouble types, creates the classified trouble state information into trouble location state information containing the coordinate information which corresponds to the address information. The first database stores the trouble location state information created by the trouble processing part.
