A preform press system for blow molding and a press molding method for the same are provided to remove various kinds of molding defects generated in blowing a preform to make a bottle by manufacturing a preform without a gate. A press molding method for blow molding comprises the steps of: placing a cavity(330), which has a space for mold, on a jig(320); filling the cavity with melted resin; compressing resin by descending a core(380) shaping into the mold into the cavity filled with resin; molding a mold in the clearance between the core and the cavity by compressing resin with the core; and separating the compressed mold from the cavity and the core. A preform press system includes a plastication device, a press molding device(300), and a control unit(400). The plastication device melts resin and discharges the melted resin. The press molding device, adjacent to the plastication device, includes a cavity and a core. The cavity is filled with melted resin and the core moves down into the cavity. The control unit controls each plastication device and press molding device. Further, the plastication device contains a hopper, a first barrel part, a screw, a first heating part, a second barrel part, a cylinder and a piston. |
