PURPOSE: A dry crack repair method for an underwater concrete structure is provided to efficiently inject an injection material into cracks on an underwater concrete structure. CONSTITUTION: A dry crack repair method for an underwater concrete structure is as follows. A recessed portion is formed by cutting a crack portion of a structure(S11). An air supply path is formed by installing an inlet port and an outlet port on the top and bottom of the crack portion(S12). An injection port is formed around the crack portion, and an injection packer is inserted into the injection port(S13). The recessed portion of the crack portion is partially filled with a sealing material(S21). The recessed portion with the sealing material is filled with rapid hardening cement(S22). Water remaining in the crack portion is removed by jetting compressed air into the air supply path and discharging the jet air to the outside(S31). An injection nozzle is connected to the injection packer to inject an injection material into the crack portion(S32). After the injection material is hardened, the head of the injection packer exposed to the surface of the structure is cut(S41). A water stop plate is attached to the surface of the crack portion, and a compression plate is installed thereon. |
