PURPOSE: A repair and reinforcement method of a concrete structure cross section is provided to maintain repair and reinforcement effects for long time by completely blocking the input of moisture and oxygen and to improve the repair and reinforcement effect by reinforcing water resistance, weather resistance, and surface hardness. CONSTITUTION: A repair and reinforcement method of a concrete structure cross section comprises as follows. The concrete structure cross section on which repair and reinforcement are needed is chipped and is trimmed out when a part which is not damaged comes out. A mortar composite is coated on the trimmed concrete cross section. Primer is coated on the surface on which the mortar composite is coated. A paint composite is coated on the surface on which the primer is coated.
