PURPOSE: A biodegradable polyester blend composition is provided to improve radioactivity and extensibility through constitutional changes of a raw material for inserting etc. by using an aliphatic acid and an aromatic acid; moreover, manufacture the biodegradable polyester with an optimal fabrication condition. CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable polyester blend composition is formed by mixing polylactic acid, glycidylmethacrylate or a polyethylene oxide which is crafted as maleic anhydride in polyester; The polyester is manufactured by esterifying and polymerizing an acid which comprises an aromatic acid which includes phenylene group and an aliphatic acid which includes carboxylic acid group; and a sulfonic acid metal salt and carbon number 2-14 of diol component. The weight ratio of the acid component and the sulfonic acid metal salt component and the diol component is 1.0: 1.0-1.4.
