PURPOSE: An earthing device for welding a steel pipe is provided to prevent a ground line connected to a rotating unit from getting mixed up or being cut by rotating the rotating unit about a cramping unit when rotating for welding a steel pipe in a state of combining with the steel pipe. CONSTITUTION: An earthing device for welding a steel pipe comprises a connecting unit (110), a rotating unit (120), and a ground line (130). The connecting unit clamps and combines an end of a steel pipe for a rotation and a welding work. The rotating unit is arranged rotatably in the connecting unit. The ground line is connected to the rotating unit. The connecting unit comprises a clamping unit (113) and a rotation support unit (111). The clamping unit clamps the steel pipe selectively. The rotation support unit is connected with the clamping unit, and supports the rotating unit rotatably.
