<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a water permeability-imparting agent which can impart fibres with: excellent colour fastness, excellent card-passing properties, instantaneous water permeability, and lasting water permeability. The present invention is a water permeability-imparting agent including component (a), component (b) and component (c) as essential components, wherein component (a) is a specific alkyl sulfate and/or alkenyl sulfate, component (b) is a specific dialkyl sulfosuccinate salt, and component (c) is a specific alkyl phosphate salt and/or polyoxyalkylene alkyl phosphate salt, and wherein of the total of the non-volatile components in the water permeability-imparting agent, the weight ratio of component (a) is at least 25 weight%, the weight ratio of component (b) is at least 5 weight%, and the weight ratio of component (c) is at least 5 weight%.</p> |
