A method for treating chronic pyelonephritis with hyperoxaluria comprises the use of antibacterial therapy supplemented with immunomodulator. Nucleinate sodium is used as immunomodulator per os, one table (0.25 mg) 4 times a day after the meals for 10 days. When the concentration of proinflammatory cytokine interleukin- blood serum decreases below 111 pg/mL and the content of slgA against lipopolysaccharide in the saline reduces below 0.237 conventional units of density, the treatment is regarded as the effective one. |
