PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the deterioration of a device by forming an outgassing discharge path on an inorganic layer. CONSTITUTION: A cell driving part comprises at least one thin film transistor. An insulation stack unit (S1) is formed in a substrate. An outgassing discharge path (150a) is formed by patterning an inorganic layer. A bank (160) is formed on the insulation stack unit.
