FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: hinge for an underground railway carriage operator's cabin door comprises a frame half-hinge fixed on a steady frame and comprising a hinge part, and a leaf half-hinge comprising a hinge part and a connected fastening part fixed on a door leaf, at the same time hinge parts of frame and leaf half-hinges are connected to each other as capable of rotation, and inside them there is an axis installed as capable of fixation in a certain position, at the same time hinge parts of frame and leaf half-hinges are connected to each other by means of an axis and a spherical bearing installed on it, at the same time the hinge part of the frame half-hinge is made in the form of a body connected with the axis by means of the thread, and the hinge part of the leaf half-hinge is made in the form of a L-shaped element and is connected with a spherical bearing, besides, the external ring of the latter is placed in a horizontal shelf of the L-shaped element, and in the vertical shelf of the L-shaped element there is a longitudinal cut for a fastening part of the leaf half-hinge and threaded openings for fastening elements, besides, the fastening part of the leaf half-hinge is made in the form of a bent plate, comprising the first and second shelves with extended holes for fastening elements, at the same time the first shelf of the plate is arranged in a longitudinal cut of the vertical shelf of the L-shaped element and is connected with it, and the second shelf of the plate is fixed on the front side of the leaf with the possibility of displacement of the first shelf of the plate relative to the L-shaped element perpendicularly to the plane of the leaf and displacement of the leaf along the second shelf of the plate.EFFECT: expansion of operating properties due to installation of a door leaf at an angle to a fixed frame.4 cl, 6 dwg |
