PURPOSE: A tear gas is provided to obtain flying distance in a gas container without deviation by constantly maintaining a clamping force of the gas container and a remainder unit. CONSTITUTION: A tear gas comprises a gas container (10), a body (31), a plurality of latching hooks (33), a remainder unit (20), an igniting member, and an exploding member. An erupting hole formed in front of the gas container is sealed by a cap (12) and tear gas is built and a rear end unit is opened. The body seals the opened rear end unit of the gas container. The latching hooks are extended backwards from the body. The remainder unit includes an inserting hole (26) in which the latching hook is inserted and a latching hole (27) radially extended to the rear end of the inserting hole and is elastically detached to a rear end cap. The igniting member is equipped on the remainder unit and launches the gas container and the rear end cap from the remainder unit to the front by releasing. The exploding member is exploded inside the gas container after delaying in a specific time by the igniting member and erupts the tear gas to the erupting hole.
