Disclosed is a method for determination of falsification of meat of slaughter cattle and poultry at treatment with peroxide. Muscular tissue is used, with area with dimensions 1.5×2.0cm, to that 0.5-0.6cmof concentrated sulphuric acid and 0.2-0.4cmof potassium iodide starch is applied, and in 1-5 minutes presence or absence of light-blue color is determined, at that it is taken into account that the potassium iodide starch includes 1.5-1.6g of water dissoluble starch, 50.0-50.1cmof distillated water and 1.5-1.6g of potassium iodide. |
