PURPOSE: A maxillary sinus implant drill is provided to achieve much better success rate than the previous one, by lifting bone and film at the same time as a drill goes ahead and a front drill blade goes ahead with strong force when the bone 0.5-1 mm remains. CONSTITUTION: A maxillary sinus implant drill comprises a horizontal drill part (500), a vertical drill part (100), a drill maintenance part (200), a piston part (300), a piston maintenance part (400) and a spring part. The horizontal drill part is combined to a rotary shaft part (1000) having the piston maintenance part through a male screw thread and a female screw thread. The vertical drill part has a male thread combined through the female thread of the horizontal drill part. The drill maintenance part has a fastening protrusion, as a magnet and a spring are located in the drill maintenance part. The piston part has fastening protrusions on both ends as having a space where magnets are at both ends and a spring is in the center. The piston maintenance part includes a fastening protrusion, and has a male thread combined with the horizontal drill part and has a fixing part of a stuff. The spring part is located in the drill maintenance part and the piston part and the piston maintenance part, and has strong horizontal force.
