PURPOSE: A scrap paper binding machine using a binding member made of a synthetic resin material is provided to easily perform binding work by automatically cutting a binding member which binds previously put scrap papers and binding continuously put scrap papers. CONSTITUTION: A scrap paper binding machine using a binding member made of a synthetic resin material comprises a frame (100), a binder (200), supply parts (130,140), and a movement part (300). The frame has a space (110) where a scrap paper passes through. The binder is formed on one side of the frame and is powered by a motor. The supply parts are formed on both sides of the frame and supply synthetic resin binding members. The movement part has a binding steel member (340). The binding steel member is moved by the expansion and contraction of a cylinder (350).
