FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be applied for combined treatment of secondary glaucoma in silicone emulsification. Separation of sticking particles of silicone emulsion from tissues of anterior chamber angle and laser section of conglomerates of emulsified silicone is performed by YAG-laser with wave length 1064 nm, pulse time 4 ns, pulse energy 1.0-4.0 mJ. Then, two corneal paracenteses are made and 0.1-0.3 ml of viscoelastic is introduced into anterior chamber in area of pupil. Emulsified silicone is washed out from angle of anterior chamber under control of gonioscope by pulsating steam of physiological saline until the most complete cleaning of anterior chamber and anterior chamber angle. On 1-3 day after operation, activation of trabecular zone is carried out by application of 50-80 applicates along 90-180 degree arc of circumference by micro-pulse laser with wave length 577 nm. Diameter of spot is 300-400 mcm, porosity is 5%-15%, parameters of micro-pulses impact: time 100-150 ms, pulse power 200-300 mW. In case of recurrence of intraocular pressure increase additional activation of trabecular zone is carried out by micro-pulse laser at any terms after operation.EFFECT: method ensures stable hypotensive effect, recovery of ways of intraocular liquid outflow by most complete removal of emulsified silicone.2 ex |
