PURPOSE: An acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate graft copolymer is provided to have an excellent weather-resistancy, impact intensity and low-temperature intact intensity. CONSTITUTION: An acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate graft copolymer comprises a core-shell structure. The core is three layered core rubber polymer (A), and the shell is formed by styrene monomer and acrylonitrile monomer is graft copolymerized on the three layered core rubber polymer. The three layered core rubber polymer (A) comprises a the fist core layer fomed with alkylacrylate monomer, the second core layer formed with the first core layer of alkylacrylate monomer and the styrene monomer, and the thrid core layer is formed by polymerizing the alkylacrylate monomer on the second core layer.
