PURPOSE: A foot board for a workplace is provided to prevent an operator from sliding with a slip prevention structure and to rapidly drain oil or moisture generated in a workplace. CONSTITUTION: A foot board (1) for a workplace comprises a foot board main body (2) and a cushion mat (3). The foot board main body comprises a lower plate, an upper plate, and a support bar (21) connecting the lower plate and the upper plate and includes a plurality of penetration holes (25) on the upper plate and the lower plate. The cushion mat is connected on the upper surface of the foot board main body in order to create a slip prevention structure and includes a plurality of protrusions on the upper surface.
