<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an adequate answer of a date of delivery and a price, while satisfying requested quality about an inquiry in which a manufacturing method is not clear. <P>SOLUTION: An operating part of a computer executes: an inquiry registration step (S1) for registering an inquiry in which the requested quality, the date of delivery and the price are inputted; a manufacturing method candidate determination step (S2) for determining a plurality of manufacturing method candidates for satisfying the requested quality on the basis of the past instances; a quality margin determination step (S3) for calculating a divergence degree that does not satisfy the requested quality any more from an actual result quality database and determining a quality margin of each manufacturing method candidate; a date of delivery margin determination step (S4) for determining a date of delivery margin of the each manufacturing method candidate on the basis of the past instances; a cost margin determination step (S5) for determining a cost margin of the each manufacturing method candidate on the basis of the past instances; and an answer determination step (S6) for determining a manufacturing method to be adopted from the quality margin, the date of delivery margin and the cost margin of the each manufacturing method candidate, and outputting the price and the date of delivery as an answer to the inquiry. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
