An internal combustion gas engine converted from a diesel includes working cylinders in which pistons with combustion chambers are placed, and over the cylinders head with valves is installed, those provide control of flows of gas-air mix and worked out gases. In the piston head combustion chamber as a truncated cone is provided, and the cut line and the side surface of that one adjoins the rounded surfaces, the upper section of the piston head is arranged as a truncated cone as well. At that the joint of the side surfaces of both truncated cones has rounded shape.
