A technique for the fixation of the meshed implant in the surgical treatment of the inguinal hernia provides for separation of the implant and the spermatic cord. The meshed implant is located under the transverse muscle of abdomen, fixed with the interrupted sutures to the inguinal ligament, pubic tubercle, the sheath of rectus muscle of abdomen. U-shaped sutures are used for attaching the implant to transverse, internal oblique muscles of abdomen and the aponeurosis of the external oblique muscle of abdomen. The spermatic cord is located anteperitoneally. |
