Device for continuously rolling up a web of fibrous material

The device has a fibrous material web (1) guided over a support drum (2), which is supported at an end (3) of a vertical swinging arm (4). The fibrous material web is rolled by a winding device (5). Force between the swinging arm and a fixed counter part (6) is measured by a force measuring device (7). The swinging arm is clamped against the force measuring device by a clamping element (8) e.g. hydraulic cylinder and pneumatic cylinder. Clamping force is adjusted for clamping the swinging arm against the force measuring device by the clamping element.
