PURPOSE: A vehicle warning message communication device and a method thereof are provided to send a warning message swiftly, thereby removing dangers to a vehicle in advance. CONSTITUTION: A receiver (510) receives a warning message including the location information of neighboring vehicles from the neighboring vehicles. A position information receiver (520) locates the own vehicle. A determining unit (530) compares the location information included in the warning message and the location information of the own vehicle and determines whether to relay the warning message or not. An updating unit (540) updates the location information included in the warning message to the location information of the own vehicle according to the determination by the determining unit.
