<p>PURPOSE: A gear motor assembly is provided to maintain less vibration of a gear and reduce the friction of the gear during operation. CONSTITUTION: A gear motor assembly comprises a casing, a motor, a gear (30), a tubular bearing (40), and one or more slots (36,42). The motor is fixed to the casing and comprises a stator and a rotor. The gear is accepted inside the casing and is driven by the motor. The tubular bearing is fixed to the casing. The shaft (34) of the gear is connected by the sleeve thereof. A slot is formed on the inner surface of the bearing and the shaft of the gear. The slot is filled with a lubricant.</p> |
