PURPOSE: An adhesive composition is provided to have excellent durability, tailor ability, and workability and to effectively suppress the resistance alteration of an electrode layer under the severe condition while minimizing indium tin oxide (ITO) corrosion. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition comprises a meth-acrylic group copolymer; oligomeric siloxane; and a cross-linking agent. The meth-acrylic group copolymer contains a cycloaliphatic group and an aromatic group or the combination thereof. The R1, the R2 and the R3 are respectively C1-5 alkyl groups in a chemical formula 1. The R4 and the R5 are respectively C1-6 alkyl groups or the C6-12 aryl groups. The N is the fixed number of 3-25. The m is the fixed number of 1-10. The glass transition temperature of the meth-acrylic group copolymer is (-50)-0°C.
