FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sorption processes, particularly, to those used in killing oil and oil product spills. Proposed method comprises mincing dry wastes of processing grain and oil-bearing stock to particle size of 2-7 mm, treatment by carbon dioxide at supercritical conditions at 40-60°C and 10-25 MPa for 1-1.5 hours followed by pressure decrease to barometric pressure, treatment by humic acids and/or lignitic materials, mixing and drying.
