PURPOSE: A high impact strength flameproof scratch-resistant resin composition is provided to have excellent flame retardancy, scratch resistance, flexibility, impact strength, and appearance. CONSTITUTION: A high impact strength flameproof scratch-resistant resin composition has a morphology which consists of a continuous phase (10), a dispersed phase (20), and an impact-reinforcing agent (30) formed on the surface of the dispersed phase. The continuous phase includes a polycarbonate resin, a modified (meth) acrylate resin, and a flame retardant. The dispersed phase includes an aromatic vinyl-based resin. The amount of modified (meth) acrylate resin is 10-20 wt% based on the total weight of the continuous phase. The difference between the average refractivity (Rc) of the continuous phase and the average refractivity (Rr) of the flame retardant is 0.03 or less.
