Washing- and cleaning agents comprise at least one surfactant comprising (a) fatty acids and their alkali or ammonium salts (I) or (II), (b) fatty acid ester (III), (c) fatty alcohols (IV), (d) ethers of fatty alcohols (V), (e) fatty acid amides (VI), (f) fatty acid-imines (VII), and/or (g) primary, secondary, tertiary or quaternary fatty amines or fatty ammonium salts (VIII), (IX), (X) or (XI). Washing- and cleaning agents comprise at least one surfactant comprising (a) fatty acids and their alkali or ammonium salts having formula (R(O)OH) (I) or (R(O)OM) (II), (b) fatty acid ester having formula (R(O)OR') (III), (c) fatty alcohols having formula (ROH) (IV), (d) ethers of fatty alcohols having formula (ROR') (V), (e) fatty acid amides having formula (R(O)NR') (VI), (f) fatty acid-imines of formula (R(NR')NR''R''') (VII), and/or (g) primary, secondary, tertiary or quaternary fatty amines or fatty ammonium salts of formula (RNH2) (VIII), (RNHR') (IX), (RNR'R'') (X) or ((R)(R')(R'')(R''')N+X-) (XI). M : alkali metal cation or ammonium; R', R''' : organic or inorganic hydrophilic residues; X : anion; and R : lipophilic part of the surfactant made from 8-24C alkyl (optionally saturated and having greater than 60 wt.%, preferably 80-100 wt.% >= 18C alkyl chains). |
